Are you Giving Away your Power
"The grossly uneven bargaining power between the parties and the importance of adjudicating quasi-constitutional privacy rights in the province are reasons of public policy that are compelling, and when considered together, are decisive in this case."

Supreme Court of Canada 2018 decision
  • Douezv. Facebook, Inc., 2017 SCC 33, [2017] 1 S.C.R. 751
  • contracts with imbalance of negotiating power subject to review
  • always include the importance of adjudicating quasi-constitutional privacy rights

Everything comes back to contract law. Everything!

wrongful or criminal deception intended to result in financial or personal gain (no matter who does)
In law, fraud is intentional deception to secure unfair or unlawful gain, or to deprive a natural person of an indigenous right.

Can you think of any contracts you entered that did not disclose the full terms of what it was you were agreeing to including the consequences of doings so before you signed?

Nearly all of them involving government and big corporations, Right! Either of thes entities tell you that with this contract you belong to them and have forfeited all your rights!

Were you told that courts will not see fraud unless  you distinctly pleaded and proved it. But once it is proved it destroys judgments, contracts and all transactions whatsoever..."

Were you told that your private drivers license information couldi be shared or SOLD to commercial buyers.

Were you told they you would be selling your privacy rights when you signed up for something you already had the right to do already? Governments cannot licence and illegal activity. Governments cannot licence an illegal activity, but sure do profit from the fees, fines and seizures when they do!

February 21, 2020

natural person. n. a real human being, would also be an indigenous individual if born in country as distinguished from a corporation which is often treated at law as a fictitious person. natural person a human being, as opposed to an artificial or legal person like a corporate sole.

2019 decision by the B.C. Court of Appeal (Douez v. Facebook, Inc.):
[14] At the certification hearing, the plaintiff provided a clarification to the class definition, indicating that the claim
was brought only on behalf of natural persons, not on behalf of corporate entities.

In the conclusions  the judge referred to the natural person as - "All British Columbia resident natural persons". Is that form and style significant probably so use it!

indigenous individual - https://www.etymonline.com/word/indigenous - "born or originating in a particular place," 1640s, from Late Latin indigenus "born in a country, native," from Latin indigena "sprung from the land, native," as a noun, "a native," literally "in-born," or "born in (a place)," from Old Latin indu (prep.) "in, within" + gignere (perfective genui) "to beget, produce," from PIE root *gene- "give birth, beget," with derivatives referring to procreation and familial and tribal groups.
