Final notice of agreement regarding an individual standing upon his constitutional rights

Last reviewed 2017-09-07 - See the "Recent Activity" page for a complete list of changes

  1. Proceedings against a person – A juristic unit court has territorial competence in a proceeding that is brought against a person only if during the course of the proceeding that legal person knowingly submits to the court's jurisdiction as an enumerated class of subject. [so deny or remove your consent removes government authority to proceed]
  2. Court rulings prior to the Charter ignored human rights and are not applicable to human beings.
  3. Court rulings since the Charter that ignored human rights because a declared human being was not present are not applicable to human beings.
  4. All British Columbia statutes since 1996 are unconstitutional because they deal exclusively in civil law and with classes of subjects ignoring the common law society completely. All common law people cannot have a guilty mind for violating statutes that are hidden from public view.
