Not all Policy enforcement officers only operate in the civil law society. Some are actually common law positions that the juristic units have commandeered at least the name part to confuse people!

Sheriffs, peace officer and police men or police women but not police officers are common law people. People that are actually here to serve and protect human rights. Only when they a have an injured party and an independent witness do they have any authority over us and they do not require our consent but they cannot violate our human rights.
