Remembering that if you don’t know what your rights are personally, the government has no reason to protect them and doesn’t!

1.  As agreed all juristic units and governments have a prime duty and responsibility to promote and protect all human rights and fundamental freedoms in particular the right of the individual to life, liberty, security of the person and enjoyment of property, and the right not to be deprived thereof except by due process of law. How are these rights being protected under the Sheriff Act;
2.  As agreed all juristic units and governments have a prime duty and responsibility to protect human rights and fundamental freedoms. An obligation that none of the juristic units and governments are honouring and that is a human rights violation. Silence on your part is another  human rights violation;
3.  As agreed no juristic unit or government can sell, deny or delay rights or justice;
4.  As agreed the affiant is not a person under any non bijural enactment. That would include the SHERIFF ACT [RSBC 1996] CHAPTER 425;
